In 2016, procurement departments around the world are increasingly reliant on diversified staff to engage with key internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicate business requirements, and effectively execute upon project timelines to drive procurement performance beyond the status quo. In fact, a recent Ardent Partners survey of more than 300 CPOs found that enhanced talent, tighter execution, and clearer communication are viewed as three critical drivers to get a procurement team’s performance to the next level.
Join Andrew Bartolini of Ardent Partners as he examines these factors in a webinar focused on best practices and strategies that leading CPOs have utilized to harness:
- Power of people i.e. role of internal and external stake holders
- Embracing new processes and technologies vis-à-vis legacy processes
- Efficacious communication that can result in improved productivity and efficiency amongst employees
