The organization wanted to increase visibility into contracts which were stored in several different network locations including local drives at the community level. The reduced control of the contracting process at the property levels and making decisions on local vendors also needed holistic improvement. The organization needed the ability to gather contracts in a solution that would not only allow for transparency but also help them gain control of the contracting process. Conflicting contract terms with vendors where multiple contracts at national, regional and local levels was an additional challenge.
