The firm is a pharmaceutical company based in USA. They are involved with creating specialty drugs and employ over 2000 people to advance their research in the field.

The client required automated systems for their sourcing cycles. The solution had to focus heavily on standardising and streamlining all processes to ensure compliance with FDA audits, as well as contracting compliance. They also wanted a comprehensive spend analytics to tap into potential savings.
