Zycus to support procurement at SA Water

MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – SEPTEMBER, 23, 2015 – Zycus, a leading source-to-pay procurement solutions provider, announced today that SA Water has selected Zycus as eProcurement technology provider for its requisition to order (eCatalogue) requirements.

SA Water is owned by the South Australian Government and delivers safe and affordable water services to more than 1.5 million South Australian customers. They employ more than 1400 people in metropolitan and regional areas. They also manage 10 major metropolitan reservoirs and maintain a vast network of pipes that deliver water across the state.

SA Water has a continued commitment to improving and streamlining business processes, with a particular focus on internal user experience, process efficiency and contract compliance related to purchasing.

To support a recent business transformation initiative, the water utility required a requisition to order (eCatalogue) solution. Zycus has been contracted to successfully deliver this solution and to ensure integration to their existing Enterprise Resource Planning solution.

Dushyant Joshi (DJ), Regional Vice President – Sales of Zycus said “It’s a great honor to be selected to partner with the government agency. We look forward to working closely with SA Water to enable their success. We work hard to produce solutions that are reliable, easy to use and flexible.
