Princeton, NJ, January 25, 2019: Zycus, a leading global provider of comprehensive and end-to-end Source-to-Pay software suite has announced successful implementation of its eSourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Request Management and Spend Analysis solutions for a US based telecommunications giant.

The organization required a scalable solution to replace their existing solutions. Additionally they were looking for improved reporting from the tools. Zycus’ solutions helped them to redefine the existing processes and make it more scalable and user friendly.

The client organization had around 12K contract documents to be uploaded and managed in the Zycus system. Additionally, due to limited IT support at client end for providing contract documents in required structure, Zycus extended document extraction support to extract all the files and load contracts into Zycus iContract successfully.

There are more than 500 business users for multiple solutions provided by Zycus across the organization. Zycus system has uploaded a significant number of active suppliers on the supplier management platform as well pushing for a smoother process function in the company.
