The organization wanted to accurately empower the central procurement team to drive optimization globally. They wanted to gain control over their supplier base and their performance. As part of this deal, the company has licensed Zycus’ solutions that include eSourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Supplier Management.
The organization wanted to drive an improved strategic sourcing with the smooth data flow from supplier management solution. Hence it was important for the organization that each module talked to each other and helped them with a single version of transparent data which is accessible to all the users.
