The organization wanted to accurately empower the central procurement team to drive optimization globally. They wanted to gain control over their supplier base and their performance. As part of this deal, the company has licensed Zycus’ solutions that include eSourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Supplier Management.
