The organization operate with relative companies to increase long term corporate value for all of their stakeholders and shareholders utilizing Operational Excellence Programs, sheet improvements, capital allocation policies, Purchasing Council, Corporate Services, balance and growth initiatives.

They were looking to upgrade their existing Spend Analytics system and improve the quality of their spend data. The goal was to get a holistic view into the spend for all the companies in an effort to find common spend patterns in an effort to consolidate spend across the enterprise globally and to leverage the suppliers for better pricing.
