The organization was initially interested in an eProcurement solution to facilitate the processing and generation of purchase orders. However, Zycus discussed the significant added value the client would derive through increased efficiencies and effectiveness by marrying the downstream solution with a fully integrated upstream solution. This resulted in the client organization expanding their scope to include Sourcing, Contract Management and Spend Analytics. The organization has licensed the complete Source to Pay solution offering from Zycus.
