US Based Senior Living Community Provider Chooses Zycus To Automate Procure-To-Pay Operations

The organization currently manages more than 60 Senior Living Communities in US with more than 2000 employees. It is an industry leader for providing progressive care including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.

Their core objective was to modernize existing operations by leveraging technology to help automate and reduce manual transactions. They also had very decentralized purchasing and invoicing processes and were looking to centralize them. While evaluating the solution providers, they wanted to find the best solution that could support their internal customer requirements around Procure to Pay Operations.

As part of this deal, the organization has licensed Zycus’ Genesys Essentials Suite that include Full P2P, iContract, iSupply, iAnalyze, iConsole and Invoice extraction BOTs.
