Learning & Development Executive

Zycus is hiring an L&D Executive who blends strong stakeholder understanding with Gen AI-enabled content curation. The role focuses on identifying learning needs, sourcing relevant courses, and customizing them using GenAI tools to make learning fast, relevant, and effective

Who We’re Looking For:

Zycus is seeking a hands-on L&D professional who can work closely with business teams and actively use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to curate and tailor learning. You should bring:

6 months – 2 years of experience in L&D / instructional design.
Practical know-how of GenAI tools for learning content design.
Experience with LMS platforms and/or external learning providers.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organization skills.
High attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new tech.
Bonus: Prompting/content rephrasing experience, role-based learning journeys, tech/startup environment exposure.
