Zycus and The Hackett Group identify the Key Issues in Procurement for 2014

PRINCETON, NJ- JANUARY 10, 2014 Zycus, a world leader in procurement technology solutions conducted a web seminar in association with Institute for Supply Management (ISM) on December 12, 2013. The webinar titled ‘Real-time Procurement Benchmarking: Insights into Key Issues & KPIs for 2014 & beyond’ was attended by 473 procurement professionals in the US region, 20% of which belonged to the senior managerial level. The webinar focused mainly on bringing visibility to the key issues, objectives and priorities facing procurement as well as expected performance in 2014 & beyond.

The speakers at the webinar were Chris Sawchuk, Principal, Global Sourcing & Procurement Advisory Practice Leader- The Hackett Group, Garry Christie, Director of Global Business Services, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and Richard Waugh, Vice President, Corporate Development- Zycus, Inc.

During this webinar, Chris Sawchuk conducted a live benchmarking exercise on procurement key issues and key performance index for 2014. The survey included 15 questions with multiple choice answers and saw participation from 408 respondents.
