One of the Largest Poultry Company in US Partnered with Zycus for Risk Mitigation and Contract Compliance

PRINCETON, NJ – APRIL, 04, 2018 – Zycus, a world leader in procurement technology solutions across the Source-to-Pay cycle, announced that one of the largest poultry company in US has partnered with Zycus for a 5 year period to improve its procurement processes. The Zycus solutions that will be implemented at the client’s end are eSourcing, Contract Management and Supplier Information & Performance Management.

The client’s move for this process improvement is driven by the need to reduce supplier risk and ensure contract compliance throughout the organization. The move is also a result of the USDA coming out with a steady pace of regulations and periodically auditing companies. With the existing solutions, such audits were cumbersome and unstainable for their growth.

After evaluation of leading procurement solution providers by the client, Zycus was selected for having a very comprehensive and integrated suite, which would support the VP of Procurement’s vision to expand beyond supplier management to contract management, esourcing and eventually P2O. They also considered the option of creating solutions in-house but determined that over 5 years, it would be less expensive and more beneficial to leverage the thousands of development hours already in Zycus solutions.
