The organization with employee strength of approximately 3000, is eastern Australia’s top carrier of regional exports, bulk goods, grain, and agricultural products. They are also the largest transporter of coal in NSW, and the second-largest transporter of coal in Queensland.

The company was looking to improve the following areas of their procurement processes:

• Sourcing: Automate the sourcing process and offer an improved user experience for procurement, the business and suppliers.
• Contracting: Improve contract management user experience with a solution that can link back to their current ERP process and offers intuitive search functionality, alerts and reminders based on contract dates and milestones, OCR/PDF searching capabilities and other functionalities
• Supplier Management: Increase supplier management with a goal to better understand and improve their existing relationships with suppliers.

As part of this deal, the company has signed a 3 year contract for Zycus’ iSource, iContract, iSupplier and iPerform.
