Senior Manager - HRBP
Zycus is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 8–10 years of experience to join our HRBP team. This role reports to the Director – Talent Management and partners with business leaders to drive key people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and talent success.
Who We’re Looking For:
Zycus is looking for a seasoned HRBP who can influence leaders, drive high-impact people programs, and manage complex stakeholder and employee situations. You should bring:
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience (software/tech preferred).
- Strong interpersonal influence and stakeholder management across levels.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Experience leading employee engagement, talent management, and change initiatives.
- Performance management facilitation and capability building exposure.
- Employee relations handling with fairness and transparency.
- End-to-end L&D experience (need identification to evaluation).
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Master’s degree in HR (Tier-1/reputed preferred).
