HRBP Executive
This role reports to the Director – Talent Management and partners with business leaders to drive people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and talent success.
Who We’re Looking For:
Zycus is seeking a proactive HR professional who can operate as a strategic HR partner while staying hands-on with execution. You should bring:
- Proven HRBP experience (3–5 years), preferably in software/tech.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to influence across levels.
- Good understanding of employee engagement, talent management, and change management.
- Experience supporting performance management cycles and capability building.
- Ability to handle employee relations fairly and transparently.
- End-to-end exposure to learning & development activities (need identification to evaluation).
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master’s degree in HR (Tier-1/reputed preferred).
