Hiring AI-First Java Developers (Cursor Native Engineers)

Solution Consultant

Hiring AI-First Java Developers (Cursor Native Engineers)

We are looking for Java Developers who don’t just code — but build with AI.

If you:

  • Use Cursor daily
  • Think in prompts
  • Use LLMs to refactor, test, and accelerate development
  • Build production-grade systems (not demo apps)

Then this role is for you.

This is not a traditional Java position.

We want engineers who:

  • Ship fast using AI-assisted workflows
  • Build scalable microservices in Java / Spring Boot
  • Integrate LLM APIs into real enterprise products
  • Use AI to improve code quality, testing, and architecture decisions
  • Think like system designers, not ticket closers

Tech environment:

Java • Spring Boot • Microservices • Cloud • Docker • Kubernetes • LLM APIs • Cursor

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for AI-first Java Engineers who actively use tools like Cursor (or similar AI-native IDEs) to design, build, refactor, and scale production-grade systems. Someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and microservices, along with working knowledge of modern front-end development and practical exposure to AI-assisted development or AI-driven features.

Why This Role is Perfect for You

Zycus builds enterprise-grade procurement and spend-management solutions used by large global customers. As a java developer you will work on complex:

You won’t be “just a developer” — you’ll become a full-stack problem solver in the AI era.

You’ll work on a product platform that competes with global leaders — not a small experimental startup

We are building next-generation enterprise SaaS products powered by AI. We believe developers should think in systems, ship fast, and use AI as a force multiplier — not as a gimmick.
