Alliance to combine Satyam's deep consulting and system integration experience with Zycus' proven Spend Data Management solutions
Princeton, NJ, US, March 23, 2005: Zycus Inc., the leading provider of Spend Data Management software today announced a strategic global partnership with Satyam Computer Services Ltd (NYSE:SAY). The new global alliance combines Satyam's world leadership in the consulting and system integration arena with Zycus' best-of-breed software technology to deliver a timely and value added solution to customers worldwide.
Satyam will offer implementation and system integration services around Zycus' entire product suite, Zycus Spend Data Management™. The suite includes AutoClass, its AI based software tool that provides automated, granular and highly accurate classification of poor quality, multilingual item and supplier data to a global category tree (like UNSPSC, eClass, NATO or hybrid taxonomy) of customer choice to enhance spend visibility, while still leveraging the existing IT infrastructure.
