Following successful adoption of their Spend Visibility software by more than 50 Global 500 organizations, providing deep and accurate insight into enterprise spending and patterns across the globe; Zycus, the global leader in spend analysis solutions releases an expanded suite of solutions that transforms spend analysis for Global 2000 Companies into a more actionable, objective- oriented and result driven process.

Princeton, New Jersey - February 6th, 2007: Zycus Inc, the world’s number one spend visibility software solutions provider, today announces the launch of an expanded suite of software products. The general availability of version 4 of it’s Spend Analysis offering, named “Actionable Analytics 4.0” brings objective-driven and savings opportunity focused actionable analytics to customers, through innovative features that are a first in the spend visibility market.

Breaking free from the limitations of slice & dice and OLAP based spend visibility, which required substantial investments in training and system expertise and are not objective-driven for savings identification. Zycus’ new Actionable Analytics tool enables commodity managers to find more saving opportunities faster using a feature set called Opportunity Finder. Opportunity identification strategies, unique to organizations and categories, are configured quickly and easily and can be repeatedly
leveraged by commodity managers time and again.

Additionally, a new module for Opportunity Pipeline Management enables Sourcing & Procurement leadership to track and manage their global savings mandates using a pipeline based approach. Sourcing Leadership is now be able to review saving opportunities based on facts and figures, approve and prioritize them, and create a funnel of savings activities through a collaborative process analogous to a sales funnel in CRM applications.
