Position Title	HR Executive
Job Description	Payroll processing using Spine payroll software. Salary Administration & TDS calculation. Preparing Form 16’s, dispatching the salary slips & other reports. Coordination with Finance Department for Settlements and Taxation. Maintaining & Preparing of Personnel Records and Employee data base. Interacting with Branch offices for employees quires through email/phone. Opening salary accounts for all employees with SBI/ Citi/ Axis Bank and also coordinates with the bank for salary transfers. Managing the statutory compliances (ESIC, PF, P Tax, Shop & Establishment, Annual Bonus Returns with Labor Office) and liasioning with authorities.
Reporting to	Assistant Manager - HR
Experience	1 to 4 years in Spine Payroll System
Required Skills	Any course on Direct/ Indirect tax is required. Open to domestic travel for liaison with outside agencies.
