Job Description |
- Managing a team of Client Engagement Manager and with help of the team managing the activities mentioned below.
- Identify opportunity pipeline to help generate additional revenue from existing client base.
- Work closely with Delivery team to track major project milestones.
- Probe and understand client requirements.
- Negotiate Statement of Work (SOW)
- Translate client requirements for internal teams
- Build relationship with customer
- Manage & negotiate change requests from customer
- Meet and exceed customers expectation to create customer delight
- Coordinate with third party System Integrators to design a complete solution
- Verification of the deliveries to the end customer Experience: 10 to 20 years of experience with exposure to handling US or Europe customers for up sell and for program management (issue resolution, escalations, business analysis etc).

Job Description |
- The candidate will be responsible to develop and close new business in Fortune 1000/2000 companies ($500Mn to $2Bn in revenue in Mid Atlantic region of US
- Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives of $2.0 Mn (achieved through 8-10 New Logos)
- Maximize all sales opportunities to increase deal size.
- Penetrate new accounts calling on senior-level executives.
- Forecast accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
- Work with an Inside sales team to maximize penetration into territory.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive positioning of Zycus Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
- Work with Zycus partners/ resellers for joint sales pitches through our business development teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience along with a strong history of quota attainment required
- The position will require at least 50% travel.

- Self motivated, self starter that has ability to creatively think and get deals done.
