Position Title

Director  : Client Engagement/ Key Accounts

Job Description

  • Managing a team of Client Engagement Manager and with help of the team managing the activities mentioned below.
  • Identify opportunity pipeline to help generate additional revenue from existing client base.
  • Work closely with Delivery team to track major project milestones.
  • Probe and understand client requirements.
  • Negotiate Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Translate client requirements for internal teams
  • Build relationship with customer
  • Manage & negotiate change requests from customer
  • Meet and exceed customers expectation to create customer delight
  • Coordinate with third party System Integrators to design a complete solution
  • Verification of the deliveries to the end customer Experience: 10 to 20 years of experience with exposure to handling US or Europe customers for up sell and for program management (issue resolution, escalations, business analysis etc).

Position Title

Regional Sales Manager (Mid Atlantic)

Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible to develop and close new business in Fortune 1000/2000 companies ($500Mn to $2Bn in revenue in Mid Atlantic region of US
  • Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives of $2.0 Mn (achieved through 8-10 New Logos)
  • Maximize all sales opportunities to increase deal size.
  • Penetrate new accounts calling on senior-level executives.
  • Forecast accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments.
  • Work with an Inside sales team to maximize penetration into territory.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive positioning of Zycus Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
  • Work with Zycus partners/ resellers for joint sales pitches through our business development teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful enterprise sales experience along with a strong history of quota attainment required
  • The position will require at least 50% travel.

Skills Required

  • Ability to sell high volume deals in a SaaS application environment
  • Consultative selling approach for business applications to purchasing professionals (3-6 month sales cycle)
  • Ability to drive value proposition to senior-level & business and technical buyers from the purchasing dept of Medium to Large enterprises (Revenue $500Mn to $2Bn)
  • Work with pre-sales, marketing, business development and legal teams to coordinate relevant resources during the sales cycle.
  • Self motivated, self starter that has ability to creatively think and get deals done.
  • The candidate should have a background in selling business services or SaaS applications
