(B) Banking

• EEFC Accounts, operations, Payments in Foreign Currency to Vendors and Branch
• Bank Reconciliation
• Preparation of cash flow statements
• Cash management
• Investment in Liquid Fund schemes of MFs
• Payroll Payment instructions etc.
• Statutory payments- TDS, PF, ESIC, P. Tax, FBT , Income Tax etc. etc.
• Preparation of cheques with the help of Tally Software
• Payment of Reimbursable expenses to Employees through ERA Account

(C) Audit & Finalisation of Accounts

• Exposure to Audit firms( whether any Top 5 )
• Level of Exposure ( Audit Manger, Audit Executive, Partner)
• Preparation of desired schedules, Notes etc. for the Final Accounts
• Tax Audit exposure, Preparation of Form 3CD and schedules thereof.
• Interaction with Auditors for resolving transactional queries
• understanding of Accounting standards( related to Investment,Forex transactions, Revenue recognition etc.)
• Transfer Pricing and Inter company transactions

(D) General

• Communication skills ( expected to be good)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• SEZ related compliance, Invoice certification, FIRC- reconciliation, Mthly, qtly and Annual Returns

• Any course on Direct/ Indirect tax is required.
• Open to domestic travel for liaison with outside agencies.

Legal Executive

• Knowledge of IPR Laws and process of Patent and Trademark
• Information Technology Laws
• Secretarial Practices
• Good understanding of IT (Product) company’s Development functions
