Job Description

• Expertise in Java / J2EE required.
• The individual should have experience with The role will involve scaling up Solutions Delivery Capability for Zycus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. using the state of the art Spend Management Products.
• The Role will be responsible for overall Delivery of all projects within its responsibility covering planning, staffing, execution, profitability, client management, risk management and all other aspects of running a complete Delivery Unit and would involve traveling to various Geographies including USA and Europe.
• This role will be responsible for delivering Spend Management oriented projects of Zycus Infotech Pvt. Ltd. including complex Product Deployments onsite and also Software as a Service (SaaS) for Fortune 500 companies.
• The role will also involve managing a consulting team that provides services for large organizations to optimize their spend. Project Risk Management.
• Provide leadership to Solutions Delivery Teams consisting of multiple Global Project Teams of upto 100 People. Facilitates team’s ability to provide seamless delivery and excellent service to customer/stakeholders.
• Responsible for and help Project Teams attain highest levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business generation.
• Responsible for team level attainment of business plan; volume, delinquency, profit and customer satisfaction and other operational measures.
• Manage boundaries around Customer Delivery Teams. Support Account Managers and Relationship Managers in contract negotiation and conclusion for projects around the same.

• Provide a unique categorization (eg: UNSPSC, eCLASS, etc) to customer's data (line items/commodities).
• Leverage the categorization knowledge of customer's commodities from manual information to automated repeated & consistent categorization, using Zycus Artificial Intelligence (AI) based applications.
• Data Analysis of the MRO and other spend data provided by the customer and create reports in Zycus Analysis applications.
• Perform data mining to identify potential saving opportunities.
• Work efficiently on database tools, Zycus analytical / AI applications, ETL configuration, MS-Excel, etc.
• Should come up with innovative solutions for difficult problems to improve business process productivity.
