Position Title	Manager Tech Support
Job Description	Setting up security policies for applications and hosted servers (SaaS, On-Demand) and tracking adherence. Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution (remote) for Enterprise scale Zycus software (AutoClass, Actionable Analytics, Zynapse Integrity, and others). Customer interaction in US / Europe / Asia Pacific (large companies like DuPont, 3M, Alcoa, Maersk, Citigroup, Siemens, etc.). Collaboration with the Implementation team to understand the solution implemented for the customer and software deployment scenarios. Proactive communication with customers to understand if the solution is working as implemented. Provide feedback to implementation team / product management on the features / improvements needed in the software / solution. Setup and track performance parameters for the team. Ready to work in rotational shifts. Lead a team of 2-3 Technical support executive Experience in Java is must.

Position Title	Technical Support Engineer (Voice)
Job Description	Customer interaction in US / Europe / Asia Pacific (large companies like DuPont, 3M, Alcoa, Maersk, Citigroup, Siemens, etc.). Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution (remote) for Enterprise scale Zycus softwares. Interacting with Procurement team members at the customer’s end. Training Buyers and Suppliers on how to use Zycus solutions. Ensuring that the Suppliers participate in the events scheduled. Provide convincing responses to customers and elicit positive feedback. Achieve responsiveness objectives as laid down. Proactive communication with customers to understand if the solution is working as implemented. Proactive software maintenance remotely to identify potential issues. Provide feedback to implementation team / product management on the Features / improvements needed in the software / solution

Skills Required	Excellent communication skills (email, telephonic) Good presentation skills Should have basic knowledge of Computer troubleshooting Shift working (includes night shift working)

Analyze customer/business requirements, design, develop & implement solutions around core Zycus products. Design & develop ETL solutions for data extraction needs of Zycus Products. Build ancillary applications around core products for integration with customer's enterprise environment, Zycus SAAS environment & for product suites which would require researching and developing solutions in multiple technologies in the Java world. Understand Zycus Product's technical architecture for effective technical consulting with Customer, provide level-two support for troubleshooting & fixing issues, and coordinating & tracking requirements with Product engineering team. Would need to come up with innovative technical solutions for difficult problems to improve business process productivity.
Experience	3 to 6 years
Skills Required	Experience in ETL development for ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc. Strong knowledge of programming, debugging and optimization on core Java, J2EE platforms & RDBMS. Knowledge of Informatica, Talend and other java based ETL tool would be an added advantage. Substantial experience working in an enterprise grade product consulting implementations. § Strong Analytical, problem solving, research & development skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to design, program, test, and deploy complicated integration software Flexible, enthusiastic approach to work including a strong desire to learn about new applications and technologies
