Job Description |
- Setting up security policies for applications and hosted servers (SaaS, On-Demand) and tracking adherence.
- Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution (remote) for Enterprise scale Zycus software (AutoClass, Actionable Analytics, Zynapse Integrity, and others).
- Customer interaction in US / Europe / Asia Pacific (large companies like DuPont, 3M, Alcoa, Maersk, Citigroup, Siemens, etc.).
- Collaboration with the Implementation team to understand the solution implemented for the customer and software deployment scenarios.
- Proactive communication with customers to understand if the solution is working as implemented.
- Provide feedback to implementation team / product management on the features / improvements needed in the software / solution.
- Setup and track performance parameters for the team.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Lead a team of 2-3 Technical support executive
- Experience in Java is must.

- Would need to come up with innovative technical solutions for difficult problems to improve business process productivity.
