Administration Executive

Position Title	Administration Executive
Job Description	Providing, managing and maintenance of communication facilities to internal customers. Deal with vendors to ensure the purchase of items at best quote. Maintaining a stock of stationary items in the store. Efficiently managing petty cash. Effectively and efficiently responding to the FRS. Processing of bill/vouchers. Maintenance of company assets, periodic house keeping. Deriving periodic data from the Swipe Card System and collaborating with the other departments on queries asked by them. Effectively handling travel arrangements for India and US offices. Implementing travel policy and related matters. Coordinating for hotel bookings, conference bookings for internal conferences.
Reporting to	Manager Administration
Experience	2 to 5 Years
Education	Any Bachelor Degree / BCA / BE / MCA / ME / MS / MBA / PGDBA
Location	India
